I'm not sure how it is "buried" as that window is, by default, always visible at the bottom right. If you wish to move the window or merge it with others you can click on its tab or titlebar and drag it to other locations onscreen using the guides that appear.

It isn't clear anymore which aircraft you are working with - or which speed profile is selected. It is buried on the Flight Details tab (I think!). This has caught me out a couple of times when loading a saved route!

Good idea! We're keen to keep that dialog as simple as possible for the time being though, so this may have to wait. Any other opinions on this are welcome.

Would it be possible when clicking on New Route to display the current aircraft in use and allow selection of a different one in the same window you enter departure/destination etc.

Would make it much quicker when you fly different a/c than having to go to aircraft and select one to use first.
